Movie Story:
When, by executive decree, all of the puppy critters of Megasaki City are exiled into a huge garbage-dump named Trash Island, 12-year-old Atari lays off in a tiny Junior-Turbo Prop and flies across the lake seeking his own bodyguard-dog, Spots. There, with the guidance of a bunch of newly-found mongrel buddies, he starts an epic journey which will decide the destiny and future of the whole Prefecture.
